The Villa
Built in 1900 and now completely restored, Villa "Noel" has 90m3 which include 3 separate bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 sofa bed on Messalinas, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living / dining room with an open kitchen. In addition to this there is a garden, a covered barbecue and a private parking.

Location
The villa "Noel" is located in a quiet street next to the Town Hall and really near the beach (400m), a casino (600 m) and Market Street (300m).
Not far from our villa you will find all types of shops and a superb open market working every day as well as all kinds of services (doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacies, etc.).

The Region
Châtelaillon -Plage is an ideal starting point for a trip to the seaside, a visit to La Rochelle, a Thalasso spa in Royan or in Rochefort. You can also easily reach Royal Rope and the site of the Hermione or simply spend a few days travelling through the roads of Yves marshes. The Poitevin marshes and canals are near the Ile de Ré and 20 minutes from the Brouage Citadel, a17th century building at the heart of the coastal marshes. The island of Aix is just across from Fouras and the island of Oléron is only 40 minutes away. A one hour drive will lead you to the cellars of Cognac, the Gallo-Roman amphitheater in Saintes or La Palmyre Zoo.
